The Carers Centre provides a visible high street location for all adult carers aged 18 years and over, across the city of Birmingham, to have easy and direct access to a “one stop shop” for carer services and support  as well as the opportunity to meet with other carers, developing peer support friendships and sharing experiences.

The Carers Centre operates from 09.00 – 17.00, Monday to Friday inclusive, with the doors opening to the public between10.00 – 16.00, with a late evening opening until 19.00 each Thursday.  During these hours a carers telephone helpline [ 0121 675 8000 ] is also manned by the information officers.

  • By dropping into the Centre, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm,
    Thursday 10.00am – 7.00pm.
