Come along to the Birmingham Carers Centre to make your very own Easter Sock Bunny.

Come and join us for our weekly coffee morning. It’s a chance to make new friends who have similar interests

Come and join The Kenrick Community Links singing group
Research has shown that listening to music and singing can have both physical and emotional benefits.
Music and singing is a means of communication between individuals.
Music and singing can:
Be effective in reducing anxiety
Contribute to the quality of life
Encourage and promote communication
Promote well being And it’s fun!

SINGING FOR THE BRAIN
What is singing for the brain?
‘Singing for the Brain’ is a service provided
by the Alzheimer’s Society which uses singing
to bring people together in a friendly and stimulating social environment.
Singing is not only an enjoyable activity, it can also provide a way for people with dementia, along with their carers, to express themselves and socialise with others in a fun and supportive group.
